The Little Warriors Basketball league uses the draft system.
That means I do NOT get to choose who is on the team.
At a meeting we pick players names out of a hat and that is who is on the team.

I believe in being fair to ALL my players on my team. These are 5th & 6th graders.

Not the NBA.

Everyone on this team will play the exact amount of time unless player misses a practice or a game.
If you are going to miss a practice OR a game.
